Let it be known, this sixteenth day of April in the year two thousand and twenty-six, that the House of Mawroth hereby sets forth the covenant by which all guests of this domain are bound.
By crossing our threshold, you accept these articles in full.
All that is held within these walls — the paintings, the moving pictures, the characters, the tale itself, the very letters you read — belongs to the House of Mawroth, protected by the laws of copyright and the marks of trade.
Of permitted passage
Permitted use. You may view these works for your own pleasure and share their whereabouts (links) with any traveller you deem worthy.
Of that which is forbidden
Prohibited. None shall reproduce, alter, distribute, or fashion derivative works from the contents of this domain without written leave from the House of Mawroth.
